Please read the Cancellation Policy below:

Payment Payment for individual sessions must be virtually completed no later than directly after the conclusion of session. Failure to pay within 24 hours of session time will result in a $35 late fee. Cancellation Policy Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments for individual sessions must happen 24 hours in advance, unless of an extenuating circumstance (ex: sickness, emergency). Failure to comply with the 24 hour notice will result in a $35 rescheduling fee. No Call & No Show Failure to show up for an appointment with no notice puts a large strain on my private practice. If a no call/no show occurs, 1/2 of the session rate must be paid within 24 hours. If you have three no call/no shows on your record we will have to terminate services. Refunds Coaching packages for individual clients are nonrefundable. Clients who wish to cancel their subscription to the Creative Recovery Program, which is 12 weeks in length, will be refunded 50% their rate for weeks they did not complete. No refunds are valid for support groups, regardless of attendance.
